David Church launched DLCommercial Real Estate Advisors in 2010 in response to fundamental changes in the commercial real estate market. The firm has two primary areas of focus:
1) Sourcing debt and equity for commercial real estate properties - construction, acquisition, bridge, and recapitalization.
2) Commercial real estate advisory services.
Mr. Church bring a realistic perspective to current market conditions and long-term expectations, having participated in the industry through three full real estate cycles. His experience is broad based; he has worked with regional and institutional platforms, and with a wide variety of product types (office, retail, industrial/flex, multifamily, seniors housing, manufactured housing, dedicated student housing, hospitality, self-storage, mixed-use, and for-sale projects).
Educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University, a graduate degree from The University of Virginia, and Executive Education at the Darden School at The University of Virginia. He is also a CCIM Designee and holds a Real Estate Sales License in the State of New Jersey.
